1. Welcome
By accessing or using House Of Prama's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
House Of Prama offers drop-in mental wellness sessions (online and in-person) and The Pincode Project, a curated snail-mail experience. All sessions are facilitated experiences and are not a substitute for professional mental health care.
3. Bookings & Payments
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Session bookings and The Pincode Project orders are confirmed upon successful payment.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Sessions may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. For any issue related to The Pincode Project order, please write to core@houseofprama.com.
5. Community Guidelines
Our sessions are safe, inclusive spaces. We expect all participants to treat facilitators and fellow attendees with respect and kindness. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the session without refund.
